EXPO RULES AND REGULATIONS
Zero sound tolerance for DJ exhibitors inside the main hall except for event DJ and lobby DJ.
Low sound volume for Videography exhibitors inside the main hall.
8ft. x 8ft. booth spaces come with piping, white draping, 1 table (6ft. x 2.5ft.),
2 chairs, FREE Business Listing on WiCaribiz.com for 1 year, and maximum of 2 staff entry during setup.
16ft. x 8ft. booth spaces come with piping, white draping, 2 tables (6ft. x 2.5ft.),
4 chairs, FREE Business Listing on WiCaribiz.com for 1 year, and maximum of 2 staff entry during setup.
Extra table and/or chairs may be ordered from the expo management 1 week prior and not on the
day of the expo. Exhibitors may bring their own extra table and/or chairs however, it should
not extend out to neighbouring exhibitor's space. We are not liable for any loss or damages to your items.
Power supply must be ordered 1 week prior and not on the day of the expo.
Space contracted by the exhibitor may not be sublet without the prior consent of
management by email. The exhibitor may not distribute literature or promotional material from a third party
without the prior consent of management. Extra charge may apply.
